CONFERENCE FEES AND REGISTRATION DEADLINESEarly Late (by May 1,2010) (after May 1, 2010) Regular: $1,250.00 $1,400.00 (single room) Day Only: $150.00 (per day) $200.00 (per day) The conference and registration fees listed cover four nights lodging at the Resort at the Mountain (8/15, 8/16, 8/17, 8/18), all meals, including the main conference dinner, the conference registration fee, and the Springer book. Please note, there will be no additional workshop or tutorial fees. For those wishing to participate in the Monday, August 16, 2010 workshops only, please contact Adrienne Larmett for rate information.
