Please note that the fees listed cover EVERYTHING. That includes four nights lodging at the Resort at the Mountain (8/15, 8/16, 8/17, 8/18), all meals, including the main conference dinner, the conference registration fee, the Springer book, and all workshop or tutorial fees.  The per day listed prices exclude lodging. The resort is in a secluded area in the shadow of Mount Hood, in a beautiful setting where we can work and interact in comfort.

There are no other dining and housing options in the area so we have negotiated a completely comprehensive rate with the resort that includes all daily expenses for the stay (except alcohol).

Should you arrive in Portland, OR on the evening of August 14, and need lodging for that evening before traveling to the Resort on August 15, several hotels near Portland International Airport have excellent rates including:

Registration after July 5 can not be guaranteed. On-site reservations may not be possible or may only be available at a cost significantly above the guaranteed rate.
